strange policy no fridge

the location was acceptable it was close to transportation options

the room cleaning policy seemed strange to me i was told i had to specifically request room service it was unclear what this included i expected at least basic services without asking such as emptying bins and restocking supplies the lack of a mini fridge was also disappointing

the location was very convenient. the metro station was right in front of the hotel. hamburg hauptbahnhof was a short walk away.

The location suited my plans. i walked to most places easily. i appreciated the very clean room. The bed was quite comfortable. having tea and coffee in the room was convenient. It was easy to request more coffee when needed.

My stay would have been slightly improved with a small fridge in the room. It would have been helpful for keeping drinks cold.

the staff members i encountered were friendly and professional . staff were helpful when i needed assistance with directions. the hotel has a generally calm atmosphere, which i appreciated.

my room was adequately sized and included necessary amenities. the shower had strong water pressure and included both a rain shower head and a separate hose. sound insulation kept the room quiet despite the busy area.

The hotel is close to the town center and several museums. it's also near the picturesque speicherstadt area. This is only a few hundred meters away. the central station is about a 15-minute walk.

comfortable bed blackout curtains

I appreciated the location. It was near the subway. the room featured a comfortable bed and blackout curtains. I slept very well. the modern look of the room also impressed me. the checkout time at 1 pm was convenient.

The air conditioning seemed hard to adjust. It was either too cold or too warm.
